ONLY BLV ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications, including T[root]H Discipleship, T[root]H Accountability, and T[root]H War Handbook (collectively, the "Apps").
Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials.
- Profile Information: Information you provide about yourself, such as your role (mentor/apprentice), spiritual goals, and assessment responses.
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the Apps, including features accessed, time spent, and interactions.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Contact Information: If you use accountability features, you may provide contact information for your accountability partners.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Apps
- Process and complete transactions
- Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Facilitate mentor-apprentice relationships and accountability partnerships
- Generate personalized assessments and spiritual growth recommendations
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity
AI-Powered Assessment Scoring
Our Apps use artificial intelligence (AI) technology to analyze and score your assessment responses. When you complete a spiritual assessment, your responses are processed by AI systems to:
- Generate Personalized Scores: AI evaluates your responses across various spiritual categories to provide meaningful insights into your spiritual growth journey.
- Provide Recommendations: Based on your assessment responses, AI generates personalized recommendations and feedback to help guide your spiritual development.
- Create Mentor Reports: AI-generated summaries and insights are shared with your connected mentor to facilitate meaningful mentorship conversations.
Important: Your assessment responses are transmitted to third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI) for processing. These providers are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and use your data only for the purpose of generating your assessment results. We do not sell your assessment data, and AI-generated insights are used solely to enhance your spiritual growth experience within our Apps.
By submitting assessments through our Apps, you consent to this AI-powered processing of your responses.
Information Sharing
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With Your Consent: We share information when you explicitly authorize us to do so, such as connecting with a mentor or accountability partner.
- Mentor-Apprentice Relationships: Assessment results and progress data may be shared with your connected mentor.
- Accountability Partners: When using accountability features, alerts and relevant information are shared with your designated partners.
- Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery).
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time using one of the following methods:
- In-App Deletion: Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. Follow the prompts to permanently delete your account.
- Email Request: Send an email to admin@onlyblv.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
Upon account deletion, we will permanently delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes. Assessment data shared with mentors may be retained in anonymized form.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
- Request portability of your data
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Know: You have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, our business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. Note: We do not sell your personal information.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

International Users (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. Our Apps do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. However, you can manage your privacy preferences through your device settings and the options provided within our Apps.
Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.
Third-Party Services
Our Apps may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
