Frequently Asked Questions

Is the app free? Do I need an account?

Yes, it is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. There are no accounts and no sign in.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. All topics, Scripture, prayers, search, saved items, and notes work offline. Links to websites and sermons need a connection.

Which Bible translation does the app use?

Scripture quotations are from the World English Bible, which is in the public domain.

Where are my favorites, saved items, and notes?

They are stored only on your device. We cannot see them, and they are not included in device backups. They are removed if you delete the app or tap Settings > Clear my saved data.

I got a new phone. Can I move my notes?

Not at this time. Because your notes stay private on your device, they do not transfer to a new phone.

My daily reminder is not showing up.

Check that Daily reminder is on in the app's Settings.
Check that notifications are allowed for T[root]H Armory in your phone's Settings.
On Android, battery saving features can delay reminders by a few minutes.

How do I share a verse?

Long press a verse or a T[root]H Takeaway, or tap the More button next to it, then tap Share.

How do I make the text bigger or use dark mode?

Go to Settings and choose a Theme and Text size. The app also follows your phone's text size setting.

What information does the app collect?

Only anonymous usage and crash information, never your notes, searches, or saved items. You can turn it off in Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
