Welcome to T[root]H Armory (the "App"), provided by ONLY BLV LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

T[root]H Armory is the free companion app to The T[root]H Prayer & Scripture Directory by Taylor Murphy. It lets you:

• Browse topical categories, each with Scripture, a Bible story, commentary, a prayer, and a T[root]H Takeaway
• Search by topic, word, or Scripture reference
• Save favorites, passages, and personal notes on your device
• Read a daily verse and set a daily reminder
• Watch related sermons from the ONLY BLV YouTube channel
• Share verses and takeaways as image cards
• Find crisis and support resources

The App does not require an account and works without an internet connection.

4. Scripture and Content

• Scripture: Scripture quotations are from the World English Bible, which is in the public domain.
• Directory Content: The commentary, prayers, T[root]H Takeaways, and other writing from The T[root]H Prayer & Scripture Directory are the work of Taylor Murphy and are protected by copyright.
• Purpose: The content is offered for personal devotion, encouragement, and study. It is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

5. Your Notes and Saved Items

Notes, favorites, and saved items are stored only on your device. We cannot see, recover, or restore them. They are not included in device backups and are permanently removed if you clear your saved data or delete the App. You are responsible for anything you write in your notes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Share App content in a way that misrepresents its words, its source, or our views
• Use our names, logos, or share cards to suggest that we sponsor or endorse you, a product, or a cause
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or the services it uses
• Scrape or extract the App's content by automated means

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The App links to services we do not control, including YouTube, onlyblv.com, crisis helplines, findahelpline.com, the App Store, and Google Play. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains the small amount of anonymous information the App collects and how to turn it off.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Linked sermons, websites, or helplines will be available or up to date
• Daily reminders will be delivered at a particular time, since delivery depends on your device's settings
• Notes or saved items will never be lost

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONLY BLV LLC and Taylor Murphy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Ownership. Except for the public domain World English Bible text, the App and its contents, including the software, design, graphics, icons, logos, and written content (the "App Materials"), are owned by us or our licensors, including Taylor Murphy, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

Limited License to You. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control for your own personal, non-commercial use, including the sharing described in Section 4.

Restrictions. Except as these Terms allow or as applicable law requires, you will not copy, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from the App Materials; reverse engineer or decompile the App; or use the App Materials to build or operate a competing product.

Trademarks. "T[root]H," "T[root]H Armory," "ONLY BLV," and their associated names, logos, and designs are trademarks of ONLY BLV LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except as they appear on share cards created by the App.

Feedback. If you send us suggestions or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose, without obligation or compensation to you.

12. Free of Charge

T[root]H Armory is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. If we ever introduce paid features, we will clearly disclose pricing first. You will never be charged without your explicit consent.

13. Changes and Termination

We may update, change, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
